Credit Card Theft

This filth of a service of a company. I gave them full evidence and documentation that a customer of theirs stole my credit card details and purchased a ticket on their site. My bank and i reported the theft and everything and i was specifically told by the call centre agent that they agree that it was theft and that ticket was cancelled and the funds will be loaded back to my account. 5 days later and still nothing. I have called and the people keep directing me to the payments people but the phone just rings. What the hell Reference ZA ********** 5

Please give me back my money!!!!!!!
