Covid Security secures who?

We bought tickets through Travelstart 2 years ago and due to Covid, the flights were not allowed. We purchased Covid security so we would not lose our money.. This Covid security policy says.. "WHY YOU NEED COVID SECURITY?" -"Receive a full refund of airfare and taxes" -"Book your flight with peace of mind"

It's been 2 years, no refund... Air Namibia is Liquidating but Travel Start should responsible for our flights, surely they should have their own insurance for such occasions.. there is no one to help us.

We lost 4 flights and had to pay for 4 more from another airline.

We want to visit our family in December but this loss has affected our savings for a very long time.
