******* travel start!!! ******* !!!’ Evil organization!!! Refund my money and that so many others ..

This fools are unbelievable and terrible, from offering and making people buy covid-19 insurance that never existed to refusing to refund people and lying that the airline company suspended all refund. They quoted me really high penalty in March 2020 even though the reason for cancellation isn’t my fault but due to travel restrictions and lock down. I accepted because this asswipes called travelstart are a nightmare and I was ready to accept whatever refund I was offered , just so I can move on and never hear about them. Guess what I cancelled since early March and it’s almost 4months with no refund, all they do is try to blame the airline for suspending refunds.... I don’t know the law in South Africa as I’m not from there however, The purpose of this review is to know how many people are frustrated by this *******s called travel start and to see who May be interested in starting a class action against this fools. We don’t need ******* and disrespectful organizations like travelstat in Africa. We need to destroy them and send them packing. I will be writing a petition to president Ramaphosa of South Africa and the minister of transportation South Africa. Companies like travelstat have no business in Africa as they do not respect the people of Africa.

How on earth you think you can hold on to people hard end money and refuse to refund them is unbelievable. You as a company would not exist if you were to be in canada with such business practice. For everyone being owed by travel start , we need to come together and teach this dirty ass company a lesson. I am already praying that they all die from corona virus including their CEO who runs a ******** ticket booking agency. You travel start will cease to exist if you don’t refund my money in another month. It is fire for fire ...
