Correction of negative review of travelstart.

I previously wrote a review regarding my experience with travelstart. I would like to correct it and give the reason of the certain time, to their poor response. I tried to change a booking and could not get any help, but this was done over the new year's 5days, (29dec to 2jan). Yesterday morning I received a whatsapp from them and my flexi booking was changed without any problem. Therefor I can recommend travelstart to use for your travel requirements, just make sure to be patient over major holiday dates. Any other time, they are very promt and efficient in handling any requests via their whatsapp chat. I was helped by Gwen, and it was a pleasure to receive service from a friendly and helpful employee. Thank you
