Confirmed flight not showing

<p>I made a flight booking online and installed the Travelstart and Checkmytrip. Received the e-mail confirming e-ticket numbers. Problem is that the trips are not reflecting on both apps or online? I have called Travelstart helpdesk, sent mails to ********** to have the information updated.</p> <p> </p> <p>Travelstart indicated that is an IT problem and they will look into it, this is now more than a month and my trips are not showing. (# ********** )</p> <p> </p> <p>I am really frustrated</p>
