Complete rip-off

I have used Travelstart on many occasions and have never had any issues before.I made a flight booking for my mother and father inlaw to Turkey as a gift for their 45th Wedding Anniversary,I had booked and paid that day for the hotel this was Monday.I received the eticket Tues I printed it and gave it to my inlaws.This morning they showed me I had put my wife's first name on the booking instead of my mother inlaws, I had used the correct surname.I rang Travelstart straight away and explained my mistake.The lady was very polite and told me that I couldn't change the name on the booking, but they would happily cancel the booking and re-book it for me but there would be a cancellation fee and I would have to pay any difference in the fare. She couldn't tell me how much the cancellation would cost,but someone would email from the refund side.After 3 hours we had heard nothing rang again we were told we would get an email straight away this never happened rang again.Anyway we got a response they will give us a refund of R759.72 of a R8175.72 ticket.I can't afford a new ticket we will lose all the money now.I checked the CPA, it says they can charge a reasonable fee, 92% is not. WRONG
