Complete *****s - Do not use this company!!!!

I wish it were possible to give zero stars. It is absolutely pathetic how travel start treat their clients, I have been waiting from the beginning of January 2022 for my refund of flights of value over R15K and have received hardly any feedback. They either ignore you or send you to complete idiotic streams of useless ways to try and contact them either via whatsap which leads you back to their call centre where no one answers the phone or if you do wait the 4 hour wait time the person you get through is completely un helpful. And its not just me there a thousands of us waiting for a refund and travelstart just continues with business. please do not use this company, you will have absolutely no peaces of mind and no after sales help what so ever!!
