Communication is key

They cancel my booking after issuing me a ticket, I do as requested and submit all the proof of payments and statements and yet i get a cancellation with no explanation. I had to call only to not be assisted accordingly. the consultant just advises me to rebook as if i have access funds waiting for re bookings and i need to be on the flight i have booked for as that is the flight with the most cost effective time frame.
