Common ********* and *******
I made a booking on Kulula through Travelstart online on the 24/11/2018. The payment was processed and was deducted off my account.
On the 29/11/2018 Kulula deducted the almost same amount from my account for the flight.
I phoned them on the 29th, and was told that they will look into this, and that i must send them a bank statement as proof of the double payment. I did all of that on the 29th.
On the 3rd of December, they have done nothing as of yet. I had to phone them, and held on for ±40min before i was attended to. All they told me is that it is being handled by there bank (Merchant Bank).
It has now been 6 Days since they STOLE from me like Common *********, and they do not seem to care.
Do yourself a favor, and do not use this Disreputable Service at all. Rather deal directly with the Airlines.
I have escalated this to our payments department and I will give you a call by 10:00 with feedback.
I do apologize for the delay and hope we can resolve this matter for you today.
