Initially their service were pathetic, not responding to my mails or phone calls!! Only when I really wrote a very rude mail did they respond. However, since Elroy Rooi contacted me personally, my problems were solved in the utmost professional way. I will give him a 5 star rating and can confirm that he is an asset to the firm.
