Client service

I was anxious making a booking via the travelstart App when the amount to be paid on my banking App was much lower than the flight booking. Shireen at Travelstart, reassured me and explained it was the service fee that shows up first and there was no risk in approving the payment after which the flight payment will be made. She kept her promise to call me 5min later to see if all was in order and also confirmed my e-ticket withing 5mins. Her client service was excellent and I felt safe dealing with her.
