Check dates before paying, it might be a plan

I selected my flights but only found out after paying that it was a wrong date. I tried to contact their call center in Capetown but no one was answering. ********** 300. I selected a full refundable mango flight but when contacting mango they told me their flights are non refundable, and advised me to call travelstart, but no answer on their phones
