Charging service free/commission from passngers
<p>I have just noticed that Travelstart is chargin passengers when they make online bookings. I am a Frequest traveller and have never heard of trav el agency charging passnger for services, normally they charge the airlines which they also do in this case and double dip.</p> <p>If I had contacted a Call center and booked my flight via the Travelstart agent then yes I agree to the service Fee. but for online booking? Really?</p> <p>customer be ware. DO NOT BOOK YOUR FLIGHTS WITH TRAVELSTART. YIOU WILL PAY THE PRICE.</p>

I appreciate the opportunity to comment on our service fee charged. Our website is a search engine which draws the best fares from the various airlines systems according to the search parameters entered by the client. For this convenience we do charge a service fee. The fare which the client selects online already includes the service fee and is the price which the client accepts when making the booking via Travelstart(much like purchasing a product at a store, where the markup is included in the price) . We indicate that the price includes the fare, taxes and fees in the subtotal and grand total information before and after payment is made.
Please note that all travel agencies, both online and walk-ins, charge a service fee for their services provided.
