Charges

Not too impressed when I unfortunately had to.change both my flights and despite booking with the option of 1 free change I was charged R169 instead of the quoted R38. Then when I changed the return flight I was quoted a price but when the link was sent I was again charged R169 over the quote. When I brought this to the consultants attention she assured me she had put in a reversal for BOTH incorrect R169 charges. Still waiting. So just be aware of those sneaky "extras".
