Chaos at Travelstart continues ...

10 days later and I have still not had my issue resolved. Every time I receive a response it's by a different person who has none of the history and tells me different things. I've asked for the contact details of their manager and they refuse to give it to me. Literally every day, a different staff member contradicts what the previous one said, then apologises, says they'll look into it and the next day someone else starts afresh. I rarely write scathing reviews but Travelstart is a crying shame - a business with such potential if run properly. It's a pity.
