Changing flights beyond exorbitant price

I booked my flight with Travelstart and I paid for one free travel change. Now I wish to change my flight and the fare increase that they are asking for is double then what the ticket price is selling on the website. They have quoted as high as R7000 to change my return flight. And I ask for severalndifferenet dates but they only send me one date with the very high price and then we must email again and wait another 24 hours while the ticket prices increase. I have told them I need to urgently return home and I wait and wait and wait for the reply which is more than the original ticket which was also an expenxive ticket. Now that I have no choice but to fly with them , I cannot have any choice as when one is shpping around for competitive pricing. I am appalled by this service.

It is really urgent now . Last Thursday I contacted your call centre about flying home this week and with a few options of when I can travel. They sent me one answer to Johnannesburg at a very high price on Suinday and today I get a response only to Munich. This is the only response I have had in the last 4 days. What is going on at your call centre. Someone needs to get home urgently and you basically ignore or give me options that cost more than the orihinal ticket. I have been on the airline's website and can see flights that are cheaper than my original ticket , well that was 4 days ago when I called your centre. I resume it is more expensive but do you care about your customers at all?
