Changing booking dates
I have been trying to change the booking dates for my daughter from them but no response until today. Bad customer service

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you struggling to do a date change to your daughters booking.
The quickest way to receive a date change quote is to use our online contact form:
https://www.travelstart.co.za/lp/contact-us
Under Select Category, select -- ""Change My Booking""
Fill in all the relevant details (name, surname, email address and Travelstart reference number.
In the Message block please provide all details - your new dates of travel or route etc and any other information you wish to let the team know.
Your booking will be queued directly to our amendments team for them to assist with change request.
Alternatively you welcome to email ***
You have not provided a reference number and I am unable to locate a booking using the email address and other details provided.
I will contact you shortly to get the details and pass your daughters booking onto the team for them to assist.
