Changes to Name on Ticket: Call Centre does not answer
since I made my booking on the 24 November, I have been trying to get hold of Travel start to change a name on the ticket. I used my nickname instead of my full name that is stated on my ID.
Travel start gives you the option to change the name on the travellers file, which should change the ticket name, but it does not... I contacted Flysafair of which they are of amazing help, but they said I should rather contact Travelstart as the booking was made through them...
I have sent an email to them, and they responded with their contact details, but as usual there call centre doesn't answer.... I have spent so much of my airtime to get hold of them, but nothing... THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!! from this experience, I will not book with them again...
I hope I can get a response from them as my flight is next week...

Please note that when a name alteration is entered on a MyAccount for the actual account user that it will not update or adjust the name on the booking, as there are different name correction processes for different airlines.
