CHANGE OF FLIGHT DATES

I have been trying to get in touch with their offices and you have to hold on forever, No-one answers. They have made a huge error on my overseas flights. I wanted to change dates but they cancelled flights and issued new dates now want to penalise me double the amount. I need to speak to someone!!

It is impossible that it is high call volume. The phones NEVER GET ANSWERED!!
