Change of details with Qatar airways

It is the third time I come to review Travelstart and it is still for the same problem. I bought 3 tickets to New York and then decided to change the dates, I called them from 2 weeks before the flight and they never picked up, I sent them more than 10 emails and they never rep****, until one day before the flight, I decided to call the airline and asked them to do the change, they said they couldn’t do the change but they could just cancel the ticket for that flight so that there wouldn’t be penalties and then later do another booking with the same ticket. I kept on sending emails to Travelstart and they wouldn’t reply, finally I decided to write a review on Helopeter and they came back to me the following day with how much it would cost to change the tickets and the part of penalties it showed Waved. The amount would add up to about R6500 which was half of the price of the ticket. I sent them an email saying to leave it that I would book another time. When I decided to book again, I started sending emails and again they didn’t reply so I used Helopeter again and they rep**** with another quote for the changes of R8456 and there was a penalty there and I had about 2 hours to make the payment or it wouldn’t be valid anymore. That was 20:00. I only saw that email the following day. I went to the airline at the airport and tried to do the booking and they told me that it would be Free to change the ticket, when he asked for some questions regarding the booking including my email address and method of payment, I gave them my email address and I explained that I paid with a visa debit card and they said that unfortunately they couldn’t help me because the details I provided were wrong. I sent Travelstart an email asking to please use my details with the airline instead of theirs. It is my ticket, my money I should be able to do changes with them or with airline, at least the airline picks up the calls and have an office. I went to they website and found a platform to change the ticket and used it, they sent me an email with an amount of R11840 with penalties. The ticket was the same price as the change. I realized that when I buy tickets with other agencies, there’s different changes in my card and one is with the airline directly, Travelstart charges the whole amount and I think they then buy the ticket with the airline using their email address and their method of payment. When travel start sends me an invoice they do the breakdown of the payment themselves I don’t know if the amount they put there for the airline is really what is being charged by the airline. First they say all penalties waved and then they give me penalties for their own wrong doings of not answering phone and not checking emails. The airline tells me it would be free to change the ticket but they give me the following breakdown: Price breakdown : Difference in Fare : R 9080.00 per person Difference in taxes: R 761.00 per person Airline change penalty: R 1700.00 per person Travelstart admin fee: R 299.00 per person They make sure that you cannot make changes with the airline which is completely *********. All I want is for the details with the airline be changed to my details: my phone number, my email address, the exact method of payment I used. It seems like they do it to be able to commit *****. They don’t even keep track of their lies, first the penalties are waved due to their lack of communication and all of the sudden they throw penalties. The airline tells me it would be free to change the ticket but they give me an amount that is the same I spent for the ticket. The invoice comes from them, it is a Travelstart invoice. I don’t get an invoice from the airline and they don’t allow me to access the airline directly. All I want is for the details with the airline to be changed to mine. My email address, my phone number and my method of payment and I will deal directly with the airline and make the changes with them as they are always responsive.
