Change flights without informing a person!

I would not recommend Travelstart. Not even with a special. Our flight gets cancelled and we are being placed on earlier flight without anyone informing us. Obviously we missed our flight and waisted a whole day! When you call them, then you hold forever without any answer! When you call them on a normal working day. They don't even put you through. Absolutely pathetic!
