Carefull booking through Travelstart

<p>Be careful when you book an airline flight with Travelstart. If you make a mistake like we did, you wont get a refund on your airtickets. They are unable or unwilling to resolve it blaming the Airlines they are agents for(in this care Mango and Kulula)</p> <p>In our case booked 4 tickets to Capetown return with Travelstart. How it works they provide the most suitable bookings and in this case one way was Kulula and the return was with Mango. Meaning to book in October, we mistakenly booked in November which was our error. (plenty of time ahead of the flight) This was a friday evening and the next morning we notified Travelstart of our error who said they would try for a refund. My wife then booked new tickets with Travelstart for the correct dates and we waited for info on our refund. Mango came back and would refund us 10% of the price and Kulula None.</p> <p> </p> <p>This was a human error on our behalf and there is plenty of time for the airlines to fill these seats. Travelstart hide behind the Airlines "terms and condition" which somehow take preference over the CPA. This is wrong and unfair.</p> <p> </p> <p>Be carefull booking through Travelstart and the wont help if it goes wrong.</p>
