Instead of one star the two stars were awarded only because of the great service from a lady called Karen P who, after a week of battling to change booking dates for a car rental, stepped up and told me that I would only be able to cancel (not change) my booking on the Travelstart system. She stayed on the line to escort me through the process. Booking Car Rentals with Travelstart is not advisable. No changes are possible after you've booked.
