Car Booking Failure - be VERY careful using this service

Shoo - such a terrifying experience - booked a car through Travelstart - payment processed via my credit card (as well as a separate payment for top up insurance) - no confirmation of booking, no reference number, no nothing. IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of - do not respond to emails, their contact form, whats app bot (which is about the lamest program ever), and the call center sticks you in an endless hold - must have spent literally hours holding. Be afraid people - be very afraid!
