Cannot Communicate Satusfactorily with Travelstart

Hello Peter I booked a ticket to Europe in Jan 2021. I have not been able tonuse it, primarily due to the travel bans. Travelstart converted it to a voucher to be used before 27 Feb 2022. On 21 January, I have requested for a refund quotation for booking ZA***6. I was informed that I would receive it within 72 hours. I have not received any info yet. I am extremely concerned because the voucher expires on 27 February 2022. If the refund value is unreasonable, it leaves me minimal time to complete travel. There is no number to call Travelstart, I want to speak to a consultant. Their automated messages are frustrating and a delay tactic. Regards Devindree Pillay ***
