Cancelled booking by Travelstart

I made a booking with Travestart from South Africa to Lagos for the 7th November to 17 November 2024. I paid for the flight ticket an amount of R9204. 72 on the 26th October 2024. On the 27th October I received an email that the booking have been canceled.

I therefore tried another airline and booked for the same trip and also paid.

I send them messages for the refund and nothing is happening. I then decided to call them today and they are telling me that the booking was not cancelled. And the lady I was talking to is very rude. I want my refund as soon as now. Thank you Peter.

I will send you the letter of the canceled flight they have send me if they are still saying the trip was not cancelled and the ticket is available. I have a flight ticket and am comfortable with. Regards and thank you Peter
