Cancel holiday as Travelstart changes impossible
We have been renovating and our project has been delayed by a week.<br> <br> It is not possible for us to travel on the dates we booked 6 months ago.<br> <br> It's an unforeseen emergency and cannot leave our home open with no windows.<br> <br> Travelstart makes it impossible for us to delay our departing flight by a week. (Except at ridiculously high fees)<br> <br> We have been on trips with travel agents before and have never had these ridiculous change fees and limited options.<br> <br> My experience is that they give very little support once they have your money.<br> <br> I will never use them again and do not recommend anyone does.

I do regret to hear that due to the unplanned delay with your building project you are not able to travel as planned.
I note that the tickets were booked in June this year at one of the lowest booking classes available on this airline.
I therefore checked availability from 12 December to 31 December and this airline is quite fully booked on this route between these dates.
Our colleagues quoted on what was available. You will note from the quote you received that the bulk of the cost is for airfare and tax differences, as they need to reserve you in a booking class that is available for sale.
Regretfully we are not able to reserve booking classes that are not available.
