Cancel flight tickets but no other CTC but online contact form.
I contacted Travelstart through which platform I made a flight booking from JNB to CPT for a refund or change of flight dates but I have not had any response yet from them. When searching for more email contacts or telephone numbers to just find out that after sending them it, it does not exist anymore. The only platform to contact them is through an online form and that is it. i tried to request a change of airlines or cancel my ticket due to Kulula aircrafts being suspended due to safety concerns and infractions but to no avail til ltoday and that was 3 days ago.

As advised the flight in April is operational and the suspension has been lifted. Should you wish to do a voluntary rebooking for the flight, it would have to be done with the airline directly as they operate on an online system and we are unable to assist you without infringing on pci and popi regulations.
I have advised that you should not worry about the flight, however I would like you to check emails and keep an ear to the ground should this kind of event occur prior to the flight.
