Call centre changed to chat box which is useless.

Please be aware that booking through Flapp app is just a recipe to disaster. I tried calling the travelstart call centre to change my ticket and the automated voice advised that they no longer take direct calls therefore have activated a chat centre. I then tried chatting to an agent and still no luck, I also tried they online chat box on their website. Where’s the convenience and urgency of this ?
