Buyer Beware - The Travelstart Flexible Ticket Hustle

I bought tickets for 5 to Madeira and back - through travelstart - as we wanted the flexibility to change the return flights. Turns out we would have to pay for the changes - even though we paid for flexible tickets, we also found out from Swiss air that we could change our tickets anyway - even if they were'nt "flexible tickets" so... just what we bought from these smucks is a mystery....

So next time you think about using travelstart - think again! I've always used Flightcentre and this time I decided different.... I wont use these twits again.
