Burton Beukes is an incredible agent

I had a terrible time for three days trying to change a booking. I was so frustrated and was about to give up but then I called again and got a hold of Burton Beukes, and he honestly made my day. He solved basic issues which many agents before him could not and went above and beyond to get us the best flights possible. I would not necessarily recommend Travelstart when it comes to changing existing bookings, but I highly recommend Burton Beukes. 10/10 service from him.
