British Airways flight
I cannot mention names because I spoke to a number of staff at travelstart and they must be as happy as I am that my British Airways flight,involved in the strikes, has been sorted out so that they do not have to deal with this anxious , harassed woman again. Thank you all for your patience,I appreciate each and every one of you.
