Brilliant service from Kyle Delcarme Travelstart

Good morning I received the most amazing service from Kyle Delcarme from the support team at Travelstart start.today I had sent an email o the 24th of February 2020 for wheel chair assistance for my aunt who is 88 years. But did not receive a response. I informed him that it is probably my fault as I was having issues with my email account. He proceeded to assist me over the phone patiently repeating everything because I couldn't hear him on the bad line I was on and saved me a lot of time. This kind of service means that I will use Travelstart again.
