Brilliant service by Mia Seaton

<p>With me living for half my life in a first world country I have become accustom to their levels of service. However, when it comes to a lot of South African Companies I have experienced service levels nowhere near what I once expected. As a result I am often left disappointed by the services provided as I compare services provided by companies against the benchmark of services provided by similar companies in first world countries. </p> <p>That being said the service I was provided by Mia was outstanding. As indicated above I can be very demanding so it can be daunting to people providing me with a service. However, this did not seem to faze her. I am also extremely busy so I am not always available and basically provided her with only dates and what activity I wanted to do. She did all the rest. Often when limited information is provided the person comes back with either a lot of questions or a lot of options. This was not the case with this request. Whether, it was her gut or s**** or something else, I was given 2 options. This helped me zone in and focus on what I really wanted. This just saved me so much time.</p> <p>Also other things that one doesn’t think about (like getting visas, travel insurance, vaccinations, etc) she was happy to help me organize. If she couldn’t help me with a particular request she would at least have a contact lined up that could help me do what needed to be done.</p> <p>Another thing that gets my goat, is not being kept up to date with progress of the booking. Again this was not the case in dealings with Mia. I was always kept in the loop and there were occasions that I was holding up the progress on what needed to be done. Again this was handled really well by Mia. Even though I have a busy schedule she was happy to do all she could to help me do my bit.</p> <p>In closing I will say that I do not hand out complements very easily but in this case it was really deserved. So well done Mia and keep up the good work.</p>
