Booking issues

Made a booking yesterday, there were enough funds in my account however only R129 was debited. I then received several emails, the first was confirming the booking and then an insufficient funds one. When I clicked on the linke to complete the payment then I was charged R49 more, then I called in and explain the situation and received no assistance. I then used the banking details provided for me on the email and sent the proof of account along with the refference of the booking. I received an email advising me that they could not pick up the details and I would need to give full details. I sent an email again giving full details of the booking. Again I received an email saying there was no booking and the refference number was incorrect. I was requested to then send an email with proof of the confirmation email, which I did and I am yet to receive any feedback regarding the matter
