booking confirmation and refund

I booked a flight from Johannesburg to Cape Town on the 08th and paid via EFT, did this through their app and to my surprise, no confirmation was sent and i started calling them as i was worried that i need to fly on the 11th of April, I could never get hold of them after a million call.

fast forward to the day i need to travel, i rock up at kulula and Kulula.com tells me that my booking was never confirmed by Travelstart, the only thing they have for my booking was my cell number, had to pop out cash for an immediate ticket.

Tilol today i have not managed to get hold of travelstart agents, they responded to my initial ticket asking me to share booking information (mind you, the ticket was raised through the app so the information is all there), i shared with them and 20 days later, they sent an email asking for the same thing :( i am really not happy with their service)
