Booking banked weeks after payment

After spending overv 45 minutes on hold, I have yet to be directed to some-one who can address the following : Payment for flights was made on 24 and 25 October. These were only banked by travelstart on 13 November. This resulted in the following; 1. My account being overdrawn 2. Bank fees being charged for the above This is unacceptable.
