Hi Mich,

Thank you very much for your feedback on this forum.

I do regret to hear that your travel plans cannot be realised due to the visa issues experienced by your friends.

I have checked with our colleagues and they advise that the refundable amount on your ticket is 3132.00SAR. The original sale price was 3704.13SAR.

Our colleagues has advised that the policy purchased is the Cancellation & Refund Assistance which covers clients in the event of death or hospitalisation of the passenger or a close relative. In order to refund in full against this policy we would require the supporting documentation requested.

I would also like to apologise for the delay in the refund quote being sent and can assure you that this matter has been raised with the relevant team manager.

Kind regards,

Nazley de Vos
