beyond customer service

I recently had to book about 80 flights tickets for leaders from all over Africa. This is such a complex task to coordinate their flights and make sure everyone makes it to their different countries on schedule. It was also important for us that we get the right price. We tried to do this ourselves and we had problems with our credit card and other issues. All this was a frustrating until we got connected to Andrea De Villiers. wow, what a legend. from the first conversation i could tell that Andrea was not aiming for just customer satisfaction but rather customer delight and i was truly delighted by her service. She took me through the process, helped me manually book some of the tickets. responded to my mails promptly, called back when she promised to. she was patient, kind, helpful and truly displayed the spirit of Ubuntu.
