BEWARE
I originally booked a flight with Travelstart then needed to change it to depart a day earlier. They are willing to change at a PHENOMENAL cost which is not financially viable. I then requested to cancel the booking 4 days in advance so I could then rebook with another airline for the day earlier. Only to be told the ticket is non refundable.<br> <br> I feel im am being bul**** into taking a flight I no longer wish to use and I cannot logically comprehend why they simply cannot cancel my booking and refund my ticket!!<br> <br> WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN!!

Thank you for your feedback on this forum. I also appreciate you taking my call earlier.
I can certainly understand your frustration at not being able to change your flights at a reasonable cost. I have checked the flights from this afternoon, 31 March to 02 April inclusive and the availability of seats are extremely limited due to the start of the April school vacation/Easter holiday.
This is the reason why our colleagues could only quote for a change on the fare that is available, which is full economy fares on the airline originally booked.
The original ticket purchased was on a very good price, which has a non-refundable restriction. The ticket is however valid for six months for rebooking, provided the rebooking is done prior to the departure of the original flight.
