We needed to go to Germany for family matters -new baby born. Andrea Spreadbury of Travelstart did a wonderful job booking us (a) at a lesser price than other quotes AND (b) on a much better route than other quotes.

Our grandchild was born later than expected, which meant we had to postpone our travel back to RSA from Germany. Andrea Spreadbury did an INCREDIBLE JOB in booking us back - eventually with no extra charge.
