I had the most disgusting experience when making used of Travelstart online platform for making a booking on black Friday - firstly the user interface and interaction on the web was utterly disappointing when selecting the return date the system by default to the departure date something their staff now claiming is impossible and that they have checked so therefore I don't know the difference between dates and selecting a date as if I don't spend more time with my mouse and with my spouse and subsequently charging me more for rectifying the problem.
