Be Careful of Travelstart shocking service

What a shocking experience dealing with Travelstart South Africa , there communication is extremely poor - I would advise any persons booking flights , do not use Travelstart but rather book directly with Airlines …. I booked a flight and could not EFT the payment due to a bad connection while on holiday in Botswana , Travelstart then cancelled this booking and sent a confirmation- I then booked another flight which I paid but by mistake used the 1st flight Ref Number , after several emails , dozens of calls it is absolutely impossible to speak to an Human-being - nobody answered all called … time was running out … next thing Travelstart cancels the 2nd flight which was technically paid for but since they do not communicate they would have seen it was just the incorrect Ref No - I then canceled the fight … once again TS did not communicate …. To date NOT one phone call or email …. The most shocking was after all the above they issued an e-ticket on the 1st booking which was not paid for and canceled …. To date No comms and am awaiting a refund … No comms …
