Bad Travel Agents in SA

I made a booking on their website to visit in Dubai.Due to the COVIC restriction it was cancelled . I was suppose to fly on the 15th December 2021.We were informed about the said news. I have been trying to email them and also to whatupp them on the number i was given regarding my refund or rebooking with no luck I hate to say Travelstart is the worse travel agent ever
