Bad Service, No Response

I booked return flight tickets to Durban from Johannessburg on the 25th of Feb and then soon found out I will not be travelling anymore. I attempted to contact Travel Start to do a Cancellation, call centre is useless, I waited on the phone an hour and no response, I files a cancellation form on their website, got no response and hear back from their agents for 2 weeks till today, my flight is getting closer and stilll haven't heard from them. My flight is leaving on the 11th of March. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!! get back to me because I need my REFUND I need urgent help in cancelling my Flight to Durban and back, I've been filling the form online and calling with hour waiting and still not response from one of your agents. And your Flapp app clearly doesn't work because even there there's no response.

Absolutely disappointed!
