Bad service from Travelstart

Dreadful customer service. In fact seemingly none. I am trying to change my booking or get a refund, but it is impossible to speak to anyone. All on line.."wiil get back to you". How do I get my money back. Not the first time I have had difficulties, but cheap fares reel you in. Can anyone help? Jill
