Bad service

This company really sucks. I have made a booking and paid immediately. Called to confim and they said the amount will reflect in 2hrs. Firstly an immediate payment t should reflect immediately. The payment was made the morning. The following day they canceled my booking. My bank confirms the amount is with travelstart and I am still waiting for my refund. After 2months. I cannot get through to the consultanas as it takes hours to answer. I am disgusted and not to mention broke as I paid R5813. Do not use this agency.
