Bad service and spam harrassment

Don't ever sign up. They hak you with email. Every time I check a flight I get follow up mails for days. I booked recently and was overcharged. There's no live help at all if you're stuck with a booking crisis. You can't get support online because when you log on and click the contact button it logs you out. Horrible.
