bad service

The lady called me last week Wednesday at 7, I couldn't talk so she said she will call me back at 9. Well, that never happened I'm still waiting. The flight prices is going up I wonder who's going to pay the difference cause they can't call me back to make the booking, I can't do the booking because I am told they have to do cause of my credit I have with them.
