Bad service

Due to travel ban they sent e mail stating that my ticket will be fully refunded. Their service is pathetic. Dealing with robotic e mails. Have sent through cancellation request and that is where service has stopped. There is no one to speak to except the robot Lucy. I am a pensioner and saved hard to buy ticket. I cannot afford the service I am receiving or to lose the money.
